    High limit screw adjustment

    I'm installing a new RD following the instructions and starting with the H screw adjustment. I can't get the chain to stay on the outermost cog to even begin adjusting the limit. The chain keeps shifting inwards to the second cog. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
