help with stripped 10mm puller bolt

The joys of buying used bikes, went to replace my race face diabolous crank with a pait of saints and looks like the 10mmbolt that covers the 8mm bolt is stripped to hell - any ideas on how to get it out, seems like it would be a common issue

sounds like a self extracting cap, just unscrew the 8mm to pull the crank

    I agree with reptilezs.

No need to remove the 10mm (at this time) as it's meant to keep the 8mm in place while you unscrew it (the 8mm).

Why do you need to remove it?

Anyhow it might be easiest to just drop by a machine shop and give someone 5 bucks to remove it if you're not sure what to do with it.

Also...isn't that 10mm screw reverse thread? Seem to remember that on my old RF.
