Help! Newbie :)

Been riding bikes all my life, Motocross mostly and I've been getting bored lately and i have some sick jumps near my house that i wanna try to hit, Spent $20 on this bike that's been sitting and the bars were all tweaked and tires had gone flat, So i got it all fixed up and peeled the stickers and crap (Just my style) haha, It worked fine, then i shifted it...all of a sudden the little plastic guard shattered to pieces and the derailleur? got all messed up i suppose and i have no clue on how to fix it, Not sure if i can post photo's yet so once i can i'll put up several

Your photos seem to require an AOL login. You can upload the photos to mtbr (click on Photos on the menu at the top of the page), then you can paste the URLs from the mtbr hosted photos into your post (use the Insert Image button when posting).

Or just attach image? No need to upload to mtbrr photo section.
