Help with my new 10 speed plan

I've looked around the posts and there seem to be endless combos of 9 and 10 speed drivetrain mixed components. I can't seem to find out what I need to. So I need a little help...

This is what I'm planning to use right now. Please let me know if you see any compatibility problems.

    X0 3x10 shifters
    X9 10 Speed Rear Der
    X0 10 speed Front Der
    36t 10 Speed Cassette
Triple TruVativ Noir Crank, with Salsa 10 speed rings (Set up as double 24/36, no outer ring. Because a 24t won't fit on a double crank)
    10 speed chain.

The only thing I'm thinking that might be a problem is the Crank. It's says it's 9 speed compatible. But will it work with the 3x10 shifter and the front der with the limit screw in? Will the spacing between the rings be correct?

Also, do you think I could get away with using my old XTR 9 speed front der? It'd be nice to save the money.

The crank will work fine 24/36. I'd probably just buy the 10s front der.

You can't depend on honest answers from dependant hands...
