    Caution;  Merge;  Workers Ahead! help me with my truvativ boxguide

    having a bit of trouble with my boxguide. is it meant to move round the bottem bracket. any help on how i can fix it.

    It's not meant to move, so you need to reposition it and tighten the bottom bracket back down. Is it definitely the back plate, or could it be the front (top) section that's moving? Which crankset/bottom bracket do you have?

    the whole guide and roller is moving around the bb. not shore wat the bb is but the cranks are a revell 3 piece set.

    Do you know if the BB is press-fit or threaded?

    i think it's a press fit

    I don't have any experience of the press-fit BB's, although from the pictures I've seen of the Revell versions they don't look as though they're deep enough to work at their best if there's 2.5mm of chainguide backplate to take into account. Given my ignorance of such things, I'll refrain from offering you any further advice, other than to perhaps try x-posting this in the DJ forum.
