Guys, im looking for Shimano I spec 2/3 speed shifter to mount on my new saint m820 brakes. The RD im going to use is the Deore FD-M785-E2. i was looking on line at this

but can only find them in sets. I already have a new Saint 10 speed shifter so i only need the 2 speed one. Any ideas on where i could get just a single one or another I spec shifter suggestion would be great.
