When I was adjusting the bearing load "adjustment cap" on the left side of my FSA V-Drive MegaExo (the not so local bikeshop put it on way too tight after the bike's first service), I noticed the o-ring on the left side that should sit on the axle was missing. The right side o-ring was still there. I suspect the bikeshop has accidentally removed it when "servicing" the BB. Is this o-ring neccesary (which means: go to the (L)BS, kick their asses around the shop and while I'm at it demand a new o-ring), or can I do without it? Thanks!
