Which Ergon grip with Sram Shorties?

Anyone running the Ergon grips with SRAM shorty grip shifts? Was thinking of trying them but not sure what length ergons to try. I see they make a model that is grip shift friendly but I cant find a length for them.

I am running the Perfromance model ( no bar ends ). They are designed for grip shift. Here is a link to the one I have.

    Another option with bar ends

Or you could just cut the GX-1 to fit.

The GX-1 is their newer version of the performance. It runs smaller, more like the womens in the performance. I use the womens in the performance myself because the larger size just did not feel as good to me. You may want to try the smaller size if you go with the older style.

We make a gripshift specific grip with the GP1, GC2, and GR2. You can also follow what other riders do, and buy the full length grip and custom cut it down with a fine tooth hacksaw.

    Ergon...definitely a good idea, but...

Dear Jeff: two quick questions: 1.) the Ergon website that I linked from your reply sez that some of these grips will not be available until October 2007--Is this correct? and
2.) Can one obtain the 'new-imporved' 2007 models from Quality?

    Thanks,
    Charlie

October availability is linked to the new GX line-up. And yes, all the grips are/will be available from QBP.
