New question here. Eccentric bottom bracket removal

I have a Bontrager GXP crank in an eccentric bb and am unsure how to remove it. I have removed the arm and retaining cap and bolt from the bb cover on the non drive side. It seams like I can just pound the crank out the side but Im not sure. I know this isnt a common mb crank but Im hopping one of yous can help.

    Yup...

just take a RUBBER MALLET, (no metal hammers unless you want to damage the non drive side splines) and give it a whack. As long as you've removed everything you should have it should pop right out. The Bontrager GXP is made for them by Truvative and is the same set up as their external bearing cranks. If you need instuctions, torque specs etc. go to their website. Or you can go to the Enduro website as well. Enduro makes replacement bearings for the BB and has very good removal and install instructions as well. Just keep in mind that their instructions will include removal and installation of the bearings in the cups. http://www.enduroforkseals.com/id10.html
