Differences in strength between XT 780 triple crankset and the 785 double crankset??

Just a quick Q I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

They say the double version has "a reinforced" spider. Obviously, the spider is different than the triple, but is there any strength gain over the triple version??

Kinda like the old SLX double with bash was a stronger version (along with the pedal inserts) than the standard SLX triple.

    Enlighten-me MTBR cranks gurus

    Thanks!

Maybe the question is for marketing gurus more than for crank gurus?
