Crank Arm Length
I see the new XT Dyna Sys Cranks are available in 165mm, 170mm, 175mm, and 180mm. Why would you choose one length over another? Is it a matter of preference for the torque or a matter of proper fitment? FWIW, I'm 6' tall with a 33-34 inch inseam and ride a large frame.

It's a matter of great and largely meaningless debate in the absence of any studies.... In general the longer your legs, the more benefit you get from longer cranks.
Personally, I like 165mm cranks since my knees hurt when I ride 175mm cranks. Most crank length "formulas" would have me on 170mm cranks. This is a reasonable article
