    Cogset "spinning?

Bike on CL, the seller had this to say:
This is a cogset. from the rear wheel of a bike. It spins freely and it shouldn't.
Is this a big problem? Fix or replace? Thanks for any info.

depends on the bike....a cheap rear wheel should cost less than $30 bucks and that should fix any problem with the cassette spinning (cogset?)

could be the freewheel or pawls/engagment system broken. But like Jeff said, an easy fix would be just find a used whole rear wheel for cheap and replace.
