    CK vs Phil Wood

I'm thinking of getting some of the new Middleburn External BB cranks for my Five Spot, and was thinking of using a CK BB. I was trawling around and come across the Phil Wood BB, any one have any experience of both to give an opinion as to which is the best, or are they both very good???

    Cheers for any assistance.

I'd like to see a picture of those cranks...they sound cool

IMO...based solely on other product from both companies that I have used or worked on (ie Hubs, Headsets, Square Taper BB) to me they are both very good.

Of course if you want colors, pick CK or Hope

They are both realy good and should last a long time with regular care. The CK is lighter though.
If I disagree with you, it's because you are wrong.
