    Chris King BB...

Are Chris King or Enduro BB's worth replacing my XT BB?
CK advertises the use of more ball bearings resulting in a stronger overall bearing system and Enduro says their balls (Chromium and ceramic) are bigger thus better alignment, less friction during high torque...

All marketing bull or a worthy upgrade?

Certainly my enduro BB has been my best lasting one. Whether there's any advantage during riding its almost impossible to tell.

What other BB's have you tried?
Which Enduro model are you using?
Better seals and longevity is what I'm looking for.

Have both the Enduro ( not ceramic) they work great but not near as soft/ smooth (what I mean by soft / smooth is do to a plastic contact insert on the kings less metal to metal feel) The King's are more maintainable with their grease tool and and personally my preference both are better than the lower grade Shimanos however as of late the XT's and above are quite sufficient for most! CK's
