    chain length with bash guard

So shimano has their guide for chain length. Put the chain on both big rings and bypass the dérailleur and then 2 links. So what if you don't have a 3rd chain ring up front and your running a short cage dérailleur? What is a good measurement to go by?
I may be drunk, Miss, but in the morning I will be sober and you will still be ugly.

you just do the same but now use the "middle" ring for measuring....the "rule" is biggest ring, biggest cog...regardless of how big they are...

the chain will be shorter than when you do it with the "outer" ring, because of the size difference between the two rings
