    Ceramic Grease options

I have a Sram XX BB and have been using the supplied "blue" grease, but was wondering if there is another grease that could be used. Any of the Rock n Roll greases? I did see FSA makes "ceramic Grease" but $7 for a little 3ml tube is nuts. Any other reccomendations?

Ceramic bearings do not need special ceramic bearing grease, another silly ploy by the Bicycle market to get you to spend extra money. Pretty much any grease will work such as bike grease from Park, Phil Wood, Pedros, or Finish Line. Grease found at auto parts stores will work too. Ceramic bearings are actually EASIER on the grease than steel bearings as they generate less heat and have smoother surfaces.
