    cassette install

So I'm switching my cassette over to my new wheelset and I was wondering if you put any sort of grease or whatnot on the freewheel body before sliding the cassette on? The old wheelset hade some sort of grease/sludge on the freewheel but im not sure if its just risidual lube from the chain.

It wouldn't hurt to use a light film of grease over the body. I always did. I figured that no dust would get to it so it wouldn't matter.
