Can you guys tell me what the cause for this sound is?

My bike recently started clicking. It only happens when pedaling under power, pedaling easy it wont click, or if it does its very faint. I notice that if i pedal hard with the right pedal its quiet its only when power is applied on the left. Here is a video:

Is it bottom bracket? Its a 2016 Jamis Dakota Sport that uses a pressfit 30 BB.

Can you change the sound by shifting to other rear gears?

The clicking seems to be the same in different rear gears

Could be anything...bottom bracket is prob last thing to check, start lubing everything, pedal threads in crank arm, pivots , seat post in frame, saddle in clamps, I've run into this quite a bit and even though it always sounds like it's from BB when you're sitting on bike I've found it rarely ends up being the BB

What's a good lube/grease for the pedals and seat post and all other non chain stuff?

same issue when standing and pedaling? you can most likely eliminate seat/post if it's still making the sound out of the saddle. i'd check that first then the left pedal and left crank arm to the spindle, then the BB.

Park tool poly or Phil Wood are pretty standard

There was a thread recently along a similar question you might want to check out. Sorry, I don't have a link.

IME, this noise had been with pedal bearings/bushing.

Had a "clicking" sound on a Cannondale Caad 4 road bike, only when I rode hard. Turns out the cable stop on the down tube had some rust on the spring in the tension adjuster. When I rode hard I moved the bike side to side just enough to make it click.

    So it could be anything.

    Good luck.
