    Bottom Bracket on F1000

    I have owned a 2003 F1000 Optimo frame.

I have mounted a XT triple Crankset with a bottom braket Hollowtech 68 x 113mm.
I have a 9 gears cassette 11-34 on my rear wheel.

After trying to set my derailleurs I saw that the chain line was not really ok. It seemas that the crankset is a bit to far from the frame.

Could someone tell what is the good bottom bracket length for this frame. 110 or 107mm ?

try a spacer or two on the non drive BB flange to move it over a bit.
I'm not very familiar w/ hollowtech stuff, but you may not be able to get a shorter spindle, post the model # of your crank, and you can get some better info.

BB Spindle is based on crank, not frame

There should be 2 possible BB spindle lengths for that crankset. If you go to the Shimano website armed with the crank model number you can find the recommend BB spindle lenghts.
