Bent crankset- drive train options?

So it seems that the crankset on my 4300 is bent. It is not just the chain-rings it is the mounting point on the drive side are as well. The bike is still ride-able but when ever I am in granny gear I get a bit of chain rub on the front derailluer after readjusting things. Still shifts fine. So I will be replacing the crankset was just wondering if I should replace anything else in the drive train along with it, i.e. chain and rear sprockets. The bike is not that old, I got it in December of last year, so it has less than 750 miles on the drive-train. Seen some OE take off cranksets online for good prices so I will grab one with a bottom bracket probably this ( http://tinyurl.com/23mrt5q or a Deore). My question is do I need a new chain and rear cassette to go with this?
