Ok, finishing up my Turner Burner build and came across some problems with the front derailleur. A lot of the people over on the Turner board seem to use the Shimano M761 (XT 9-speed) front derailleur, but as you can see in the picture the cable exits at such a sharp angle that it is rubbing on the frame.

I asked the question on the Turner board and they say it is designed that way and to not worry about it. (Burner FD Setup).
The previous derailleur I was using on a Moots YBB seemed to have the cable bolt much farther away from the chainrings (although it is a top pull/top swing)
I'm just wondering if anybody has any suggestions for an 8 speed top pull/bottom swing that might not do this?
