Is the YT TUES a deal?

Just looking at the specs the YT Tues seams like a decent deal for a DH rig, what do you think?

    More details here: USA

Carbon frame, fancy suspension, top-shelf components for a little over $5k. Trek Session 9.9 is what, $9k? Santa Cruz V10 CC is about the same. The first question is around the ride - it's a Horst bike, so it should be pretty active. The only thing I can compare it to is my Norco Aurum, which has a similar suspension setup. I like my Aurum very much, especially with an air shock. The other question is, "What do I do with that extra $4k?"

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

Maybe he meant the other way

And yes, YT bikes are a deal.
Here, in Europe they are pretty popular (taking into consideration fact, YT is tiny brand).
I've hears YT sell quite a lot of bike to rental shops in Europe.
My pal replaced his non-DW DHR with 2014 YT Tues TLD. His very happy with it.
Warranty and after sales service is on the descent level.

If I wasn't working for Giant, I would have hard time to choose between current Glory aluminum and YT CF...

I have a couple of friends that ride the YT Tues. All are happy with their bike and all came from bikes that cost almost twice as much. (Demo, Session, Gambler)
    Currently drinking the YT kool-aid.

YT's are killer deals. If I was in the market for a DH bike I'd definitely consider one.
