    Yeti ASX Rebuild

    I decided it was time to do a rebuild on my AS-X, so i had it stripped and powder coated by Olympic powder coating in OC and I designed and cut new graphics for it. Enjoy.

    The build is:

    Frame – Yeti ASX w/ 5th Element
    Fork – Rock Shox Lyrik Solo Air 160mm

    Front Wheel – Azonic Outlaw
    Rear Wheel – Azonic Outlaw
    Front Tire – Intense 2.35 DC DH
    Rear Tire – Intense 2.35 DC DH

    Shifter – SRAM X.7
    Front Derailleur – E13 ST/SS
    Rear Derailleur – SRAM X.7
    Cassette – Sunrace JUJU 12-34
    Chain – SRAM Powerlink
    Crankset – Race Face Diablous
    Bash Guard – E13 Turbocharger 32/34T

    Handlebar – Sunline V1 745mm
    Stem – Funn Serial Rippa 50mm
    Seatpost – Truvativ Team Double Clamp
    Seat – WTB Speed V
    Seatpost Coller - Yeti
    Grips – Intense ODI Lock On
    Headset – Cane Creek Double X
    Pedals – Wellgo Platform

    Front Brake – Hayes 9 Carbon
    Rear Brake – Hayes 9 Carbon

    Pretty nice! I am planning to do the same with my Morewood Shova. The thing just won't brake so, time for a new paint job at the end of this season.

    Great job! My AS-X looked a lot like your before picture.

    Get some offset headset cups to slacken the head angle a bit. Super fun bikes!

    That is kickin! Be neat to put some new paint on my AS-X kinda a black and yellow stripe (aka Stryper) type look. Heck yeah!
    I don't use Strava. Don't need an application to tell me I am slow because I already know.
