Looks like it is either a 2003 or 2004 Giant DH Team with a fair bit of aftermarket parts. It's got different graphics/decals than the standard issue, but the frame looks the same. Price wise, I wouldn't pay more than $450 for it. The aftermarket parts don't add much to the overall value of the bike, as it is at least 12 years old, and bikes ahve improved a LOT since then. I'd say that if you've got $800 or more to spend, you can get a much newer (and arguably much better) used bike.
