Looks really nice. I've heard some very mixed things about the Dorado's though. Well, actually a few people who rode them told me they really didn't like them. One of which stated that you couldn't pay him to ride one. I've never ridden one though, how do you like it? Or, have you gotten any ride time in on it yet?

Looking great. Hope banshee brings out a nice subdued powdercoat color option to the metallic black and red team colors schemes.

Almost everyone's opinion is based on the circa 2004(?) Dorado. Very few riders actually have time on the new Dorados, and the fork has been improved in countless ways. If you're interested in learning more, I'll let a few recent reviews by third-parties do the talking:
http://www.sicklines.com/issue1/ (page 54)
http://www.whistlermountainbike.com/...manitou-dorado
http://www.pinkbike.com/news/Manitou...view-2009.html
It truly is a remarkable fork, and it's priced within a few hundred of the comparable products by their top competitors.

dear god man, this is a public forum browsed by children, why are you posting such intimate pornography? you're corrupting the minds of the youth of the world!
and you know what? I like this kind of corruption. I'm a Sram man myself, and I wouldn't run any crank other than Middleburn RS7s (ok I MIGHT give a set of Deities or Profile's a spin if Middleburns wouldn't work that well) for a 1x9 setup, but that is still an absolutely gorgeous setup
and that matte black/green frame? that's easily one of the hottest bikes I've seen
