    stepdown axle 12mm-10mm ?

ok, i'm trying to find a stepdown axle for an older Hope Bulb
    rear hub.
    I need a 12mm to 10mm ,135mm spacing axle.
I want to convert from QR to bolt on...
I've tried seaching and the only company that I can find who still makes this is
Azonic, and they make theirs out of steel, and I'd rather find a lighter
axle thats possibly made out of aluminum(or something similar)....

I've tried CRC,Hope,NYC Freerider,Problem Solvers,Atomlab, and have had no luck
(all who i've found used to sell them through searching)

so does anyone know any place who still makes and sells an aluminum(or anything lighter than a solid steel axle) stepdown axle ?
    thanks in advance

    Is this what you need.

    http://www.jensonusa.com/store/produ...Saint+Der.aspx

If so I have an unused one in my tool box I will give you for $10.

That axle will def work although you may have to cut some of the thread off since your not using the Saint Der it was intended to be used with. Thats awesome though, Ive been looking for a similar thing, thanks.

The axle comes with a nut so that you can use it without the Saint derailure.

It is heavy (plated steel) but will work.

Offer stands for anyone that wants it. My current bike runs a Maxle so I don't need this.

I appreciate the offer but I decided to just go with the Azonic momentum
and live with the extra weight...I did see that one, but got a bit confused
when it said for saint(thinking it must be something that only fits shimano)

Now I have to hope I get the correct parts to convert my Hope Bulb to 12mm.
When I ordered the parts today the person from Hope sounded pretty confused.

Does anyone know exactly what parts I will need to convert my Hope Bulb from
    QR to 12mm ?
I told the man I need everything except the axle and he told me all I need
is the end caps and one bearing..
If anyone's familar with the Hope Kit does that sound like all I need ?

    thanks again...
and thanks for the offer mgs781

I know that, however the axle is longer than a standard 135mm thru axle, so part of the thread will need to be cut off thats all.

OK I was able to find a picture of the conversion kit
and it should have 2 end caps,1 bearing, and some kind of sleeve thingy that goes through the middle...
I will call Hope again tomorrow and make sure i'm getting everything I need...
