    Rebuilding Saint M800 front hub

This hub has been rolling great for the past few years, but my rear needed a rebuild so I had them take the front apart while they were at it and re-grease it. There are specific tools needed to properly re-install the bearing cups and get all the play out, but the shop that rebuilt it said the play cant be taken out. "Its in the design". Bull ****! I've called several other shops since then and no body caries these shimano specific tools.
Any body else run into this problem? I almost just want to order the tools myself, or just buy a different hub. But then comes new spokes and a wheel rebuild which I didn't want to have to get into just because of some hub play.

The play can be taken out, sounds like your shop is full of beans

find a better bike shop. the 28mm cone wrenches are available from qbp/park tool. any shop can get them. if your play is from your 20mm fork axle and hub axle then you cant fix that but the play can be removed from the hub
