Caution; Merge; Workers Ahead! A Quick Soljam Viper Pedals Question

I just got a pair off an internet auction. The seller said they are the sealed bearing version. Now that they are in my hands I see that they have a rubber cover over the spindle. It makes me think they are the loose bearing version. Is there anyone who has the sealed bearing version can tell me if theirs has the rubber cover too? They roll smoothly and are silent so I really can`t tell.

Website is pretty clear that they are SEALED BEARING ONLY. Looks like you should be fine

    Thanx Halo
But mine don`t look like that. I think these are the `05 version. They look like this....

These come in both flavors...sealed and loose.

Sounds like it's unsealed. Pull the rubber cover off, if should be pretty obvious at that point.

They are the best platforms ever! maybe one of the biggest too!!! I use them when I tool around. Grips like no other! I think they are sealed tho.

The grip tape is a +
