Why would you want to remove than cool little skull decal? That's the only reason I bought the helmet.

Try a product called GooGone. It won't melt plastic or fiberglass like some solvents will. Any Walmart and most grocery stores have the stuff.

BTW, I destroyed one of my Pryme Al's last Sunday in an extreme faceplant right into some imbedded rocks. Man, was I glad I had a full face helmet on. I'd be eating my meals through a straw right now. I hit so hard I cracked the inner foam liner. The exterior shell stayed intact, but the inner foam did its job by soaking up the impact apparently. I saw stars, but I finished the 6 miles left in my ride with no problems. Apparently the Pryme Al passes the crash test...at least mine.

My visor bent all the way down to hit the chin guard and then drug on the rocks. All it got was scratched. I couldn't believe the holding bolts at the helmet didn't tear out the holes of the visor. I guess it's just luck, good or bad, as to whether a visor survives a given hit.

hahaha... looks like i'm alone on this one... to me the stickers look a little tacky... especially the skull on the visor and the back... and yes it's under the clearcoat... i tried peeling part of it off but it seems to leave a mark... so i stoped immediately... oh well, they're just stickers... and they dont look that bad... XD

I dont think they come off, they are like laminated onto the helmet. I crashed a while back, the stickers didnt scratch off, the whole side of my helmet is scratched.

keep the AL though, best helmet I've ever owned. (now I have two )

I read in a snowboard mag that Pledge takes them off the board...I've also used it on bikes and helmets.

pledge isn't going to take that off, it's going to polish your helmet and make it lemony fresh, seriously, your best bet if you are dead-set on taking the logos off is to lightly sand the clear coat with some 400 grit sandpaper, and then use-goo-gone on the the sticker to remove it, and the glue that held it there

to fix the helmets finish, buy a little thing of clear coat testers mode paint and use a clean ladies blush brush (best thing I have ever found to leave the least amout of brush streaks, costs nothing to throw away)
