POC spine VPD tee sizing advice

Looking to grab one of these but won't be able to try it on before buying. Anyone with any experience? I'm 6'3" and have a 38" chest. Tall and skinny. POC's sizing charts are based on height only. I'm concerned about the width of the tee. I'm thinking medium. Thanks...

I'm just about the same size than you are.
I got it in L and I would say it fits right for me.

Maybe you could get away using an M.
To be honest, I don't exactly remember whether I directly went large or decided after finding M too small.

Pretty overwhelming support for the large. So the large won't be too baggy on a bean pole like myself?

The VPD tee material is a stretchy mesh spandex. They fit kind of snug to keep all the pads from moving around. I'd suggest a large too since the torso length is on the short side. You will be able to tailor the fit on the shoulder pads with the adjustable straps.

Good to know. BTW did you check out the S, how much smaller is it? If I have a 37" chest would I be able to fit the S? The place where I'm getting my stuff online only got the s and l/xl. Cheers.

    Poc t

    I am 5'9" 140#'s 40inch chest and have a medium.
Fits snug, prob a little room left, not much.
    Stretchy material.
If you are taller the large may have some more height from hip to shoulders, not sure.
I would say the it just fits me height wise.
    Hope this helps.

    Hi 1+1

What did you buy in the end? Small or Medium?

I`m the exact same size as you and want to buy one, but don`t know which size would be best. I tend to think that Small would be better...

    Thanks,
    Alex

i have medium in the old white poc and medium in the new black jacket version. would get the same size again fits snug. small would be too small for me with arm length and torso length.. if you have a taller upper body then i would go large as the material ends at my waist line and creeps up when riding. but my medium fits me perfectly. there are some minor sizing differences between the new black vs older white. will reply if anyone hss specific questions.
