    Opinions? Ibex zone fr-1

Anyone ridden/own this bike? I was looking around and found it, and it seems like a decent deal.

It looks good, and the parts look good for the money, but i'd like to test ride it before buying, so that's a big nono.

I own one of these and love it. I have not had any problems at all with it. Nowhere will u find a bike like this for $1200. It ate up the diablo freeride park for dinner. The only bad thing about it is climbing in the local trails is kinda tough since it weighs 39 lbs. But trust me its worth carrying the weight.

It definitely = a ! in my book. It's an awesome budget bike for sure, but there are plenty of other bikes in that range that'll eat that for breakfast, with a side of toast. Such as the yakuzas that have been proliferated all over these forums, I think those are going in the 10-12 bill area.

in short, there are better values out there to be had.

lol.... non-issue, if you know how to ride and brake properly.

That bike is very heavy, something to consider, but for an entry level FR bike it should hold up well.
