well since ive spen lots of time on an atomik ill let ya know what i think... its a good bike in the geometry and build its fast on dh trails and you will enjoy it..

the shore is more of a freeride bike...

if you are gunna do mroe dh and freeride and dont care about pedalin a heavyer bike go for the atomik, i personally would, but if you want a lighter bike go for the shore

id get a bike that opens your options... if it were me (i freeride and dh both) id get the shore.

Even though I hate Norcos, I would say go for the Atomik.

I used to live in Vancouver BC and rode NS all the time. A lot of my riding buddies were on Norcos. I found the Shore and Six bikes, "boring to ride". They are heavy, cumbersome, and an engineering nightmare with all those tubes running everywhere.

If looking Canadian, check out Cove bikes. I think they are WAY better than Norcos. Plus they've gone to a new DW type linkage.

    sooooooooo sick!
