In the market for a freeride but not sure where to go?

    Hey guys,

i am in the market for a new freeride I want as much travel as possible yet still able to climb fairly well. Is there anything out there that can compare to the giant reign? I was looking at the trance but the reign seems for free ride the XC? But I'm not familiar with yeti or Santa Cruz and brands that thrive in the downhill market? Any advice would be great as this bike will be my main bike for both training and competing.

Pivot Firebird: 167mm of travel that you'll never feel bottomed out on You can run 160-180mm fork and with the DW Link you can climb anything with it!! It's like cheating with a great trail bike that can bomb all of the downs

Canfield "the One": You can set it up as an AM bike or DH bike...

Banshee Rune V2. End of story. The bike can do pretty much anything.

+1 on the one. for a bike with the most travel that will still climb well that would be it.

if it was me and i was in the market for that kind of bike, and looking at used, then it would be either knolly delirium, or canfield theone, both great bikes, backed by great aftersales, and great pedaling platforms,
if i was looking for a new bike, then i would be looking at canfield theone, or knolly chilcotin. maybe a knolly podium with 180mm fork, though this wouldnt be ideal for pedaling trail riding,

I would rather go used but I have had serious trouble finding one with a small enough frame.
