Installed my Marzocchi 888 rc2x world cup today! Karpiel is 39.9lbs

Just got my 888WC on today and rode it to the LBS to weigh it in 39.8 - 39.9 2 different scales. Sorry for the weight weenie intro on weight but I have had this baby teetering the 40lb mark for a year.
Oh Yeah and The 888 rides like butter, extremely fast break in with the new stanchions and its super smooth. I liked my 888rc2x as well but there is a difference right out of the box.
Marzocchi has hit it spot on for coil applications now, all the needed was the nickle stanchions and ti springs.
I'll post a review in a couple of weeks after 2 - 3 single tracks and dh runs.
    BTW:
    Happy Holidays All!

Getting ready to sell em, the 888rc2x white is 1 a little over a month old and the 66rc is all new rebuild/heat tube and internals from marzocchi with no ride time on it since and the lowers are a little scuffed but NO damage or dings.

Brian has informed me that there are a couple of white lowers available in the US (lowers only) the rest are uk and over seas bound. The US has the gold pewter color, airbomb/go ride fullcycles all show the gold as well.
I like the white and currently attempting to get white WC lowers with the post mount from Marz. If not the color comes close to my rcs ti spring on my avy!

Was that supposed to be a x-mas present? If so I think your going to need a bigger tree!

Meet a few guys at Demo yesterday(Sunday) on Carpiels, were you with them?
