Help with identifying which chain guide/bb type

Hey guys, converted to a single ring on my old kona (2005 ish) and was thinking about an mrp lopes and dedicated single ring front. Open to suggestions for quiet and reliable. Chain keeps dropping right now.

Not sure which bb type I have?

The Lopes guide will work fine. You'll need the "BB" mount since your bike doesn't have ISCG taps. You will probably also have to grind down your granny-gear chainring bolt tabs as they'll likely rub your new guide; that or get a dedicated single-ring crank.
The similar e.13 TRS+ guide will do the trick too if you're specifically looking for those style of guides.
You have an external BB 68/73
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
