Help choosing a frame for under £250.

I want to buy a used DH or FR frame off ebay but need some advice on which ones in my budget are a good buy.

I have looked at tons of frames on pinkbike and ebay and have seen some nice frames sold for decent prices.

giant faith

seen a few sx trail sell for a little more than £250 and that seems the one that I like to look of.

I sell electric bike kits and will use the frame with my hub motor kit, I have a marzocchi 55 R with 160mm travel. And hope brakes!

Anyway just want to see your opinions on good strong DH frames for £250 or thereabouts.

Oh yeah I sold a electric bike kit recently who fitted it to a Marin Quake he thinks its awesome and has alot more runs DH than normal as he can climb so easily.
