Froggy 318 or Voltage FR 20...

Hi, I need a new bike for Enduro/FR and I am between these 2 options:

    Lapierre Froggy 318 2013
    Voltage FR 20
    2013

I'm confused between which of the two to choose ... any recommendations?.

    My budget is about 2500.

    More thanks! .

if it was me i would be asking which of the 2 would crack first. they dont call them snapierre and voltcrack for nothing...
i would spend my money elsewhere tobe honest.

And, what other alternatives are there for Enduro/FR for 2000/2500?

    Thanks! .

to be honest and answer your question truthfully. i wouldnt know as i havnt looked into it... i just wanted to make you aware that the frames you mentioned are known to snap. not to sure if lapierre sorted their **** out but i know the voltages stil crack, as i personally witnessed 2 2012 ones go last year.
maybe for that budget either somthing second hand, or maybe try one of them direct from manufacturer places like yt.... ghost,,,, ect ect, they seem to offer great value for money, not to sure how good the frames are as i have no first hand experiance of them, only what i have read in mags and on forums.

i suppose if your mind is made up on the forggy or voltage and your buying new. at least you will be coverd by warranty. and i know scott are pretty good at replacing their broken frames, as a few of my mates have had replacments for the last few years since the voltage came out.

    Thanks for your opinion .

And, what models Enduro/FR you recommend?. You can put me some example?.

    My budget is about 2500.

again mate not to sure as its a market i hant really looked into. i would look at more expensive rigs, from the likes of specialised trek, santacruz, knolly,
for your budget maybe look at yt industries, yt wicked.

what type of rider are you,,,
are you heavy, are you agressive. or smooth and light.
if your on the lighter smoother side, then the bikes you mention would probably be ok, as the frames i have seen broken have mainly occured through a seasons riding in whistler, and the bikepark is well known to test and break most bikes,
the ns soda is a pretty sweet bike, same frame as the trasition blindside, nice freeride park type bike, pedals well, not to sure if it would be any fun to ride for enduro's though,

    TuEs 2.0 Comp
    Canyon Torque FRX Rockzone

for value for money, they are amazing... the tues looks really nice. they all score great reviews to. the canyon get great reviews from the mags over here. my brother was gonna get one for our whistler trip last year, but they were sold out, with massive wait times till the next batch, same with the tues, so in the end he got the ns soda.
i know 2 years ago the tues had a habbit of breaking the rear chainstays, i think they redesigned it for 2012 and cured the problem.
i know here in the uk, people get the frame of there choice,,,, then buy the canyons strip all the parts off them to build up their frame, then sell the canyon frame on, it's a cheap way of building up an awesome spec bike of your choice.

if your heart is set on the froggy or voltage then go for that, the froggy gets great reviews here in the mags to, the snapping frames where from back on 2010, im sure they sorted the issues now, but just beaware of it and regulary inspect the frame for signe of cracking if you do get one.
