New question here. Fetish Cycles hardtail frames???

I'm looking to get a new hardtail, and these things are going dirtcheap on ebay. Would they be worthy or a urban/trail bike? I'm 6' 200#, would it take the abuse of a 4' drop?

Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks,
    Tony

i got one of their road frames off ebay. aside from lack of communication after purchase, i am very pleased with the frame. it is light and seems to be sturdy. it looks really niceat least. i was hoping to take it for the maiden voyage today, but was 4 ferrules short of a brake system....

i have heard from others on this board who have purchased the SS/horizontal dropout version and are very happy with it. i remember reading from someone who was extremely happy with his gearie FC. i have pondered dropping the cash and getting the horizonal dropout version so i have a true ss, not a conversion...

they make an urban/fr/dj specific frame.

A buddy of mine has one, loves it. It's more of a monocoque design. I saw one at one of my local lbs', although I don't see them on their website. You could email them. I know they operate out of AZ, although the frames are taiwanese (no surprise, given the cost).

Yeah I saw a few of those on ebay, they looked sweet, but I couldn't find them on their website. Do you know if they made it in a 16" frame? I only saw 14" versions of it.

I threw a leg over it and it felt decent size to me (and I'm 6'1")

they are a great value for a beefier hardtail. We have a bunch of them in our shop right now...the guy who started the company is a friend of ours. We built up one of the dirtjumpers and are in the process of building one of the single speeds now as well. The black paint is pretty cool looking...it looks purple in some lighting. What do they sell for on ebay??
