Easton EC70 MonkeyLite CNT DH Riser- To buy or not to buy?

    HI people,
I'm looking to buy a new handlebar and was wondering whether this bar is as gd as people say it is?
If you can think of a better bar please say.
    Thx

The only thing I don't like about Easton is they don't make anything wider than 28" that I've seen. Other than that I'm sure the bars would be fine.

I have the Funn Full-On 29.5" bars and they are awesome. 29.5's used to feel wide. Now I'm thinking of trying some 30 or 30.5 wide bars.

For DH, they're a great bar if you are fine with 28" wide. If you do buy them, make sure you buy the 31.8 bar, as the 25.4 tends to crack way easier (4- 25.4mm bars myself in 2 seasons, and not a single 31.8) I finally switched over to an Alu bar bar on the DH bike and moved my EC70 Monkey Lite DH to my 4X bike...Super sick combo!

I had the same concerns...but it's worked out great so far. Gives the front end a 'different' feel, which is nice....

If you're doing FR and DJ, why not just buy an aluminum bar, as you know your bike is going to take a beating...

i would, but here's the thing the hussefult i have on my bike now is fantastic, but its my friend's, and he has a monkey light on his bike, and i swapped a couple parts for the bar which was a steal for the parts i gave him so he said he gets the hussefelt bar and i get his monkeylite
