Anyone order the MTB Parks Pass? It's April 27 and it still hasn't arrived. Is this SOP from them? I'm more than a little ticked off.

they always show up late. Last year then sent a free shirt which I wasn't expecting, so that made me feel better.

If you're planning to visit a park and don't have it yet, they might be able to contact them beforehand and work something out. Mountain Creek did that last year.

Yes, it turns out they've arranged for all of the open parks to have your name and data, so you can use your benefits. I have to say that when I contacted them they got back to me right away and were more than helpful. I get the impression that it's a short-staffed operation, so I feel a little bad for being ticked off; it sounds like they're working like crazy to get them out. Nice staff, good customer service: can't complain.

Update: I received my pass just a week after my original post here, and it included maps of all the parks and a bunch of cool stickers. I'm psyched to explore parks in the northeast with it this year.

I feel really bad for being impatient and firing off a dumbass cranky thread post: amidst a busy time with some uncertainty from at least one park, they still managed to arrange for the pass benefits to transfer to all of the active parks before the passes were mailed out. The pass is a great deal and and a sweet incentive to explore new parks, which I'll do with gratitude for all of the hard work at MTBParks!!
