Astrix Huckster what fork to use?

Wanted to see if I could get some suggestions from Huckster owners or anyone who could suggest a great fork for this frame. I had a RockShox Domain with 180mm with a 565 axel to crown and it made my head angle 64.5 and as you can imagine it handled like crap...

    Thanks

64,5 isn't that bad IMO. But if you don't mind the weight and want it steeper, the 7" 2006 boxxer ride will be all you need except for X-up ability. I wouldn't mind using a 8" boxxer either, but hey that's just me.

With a dual crown you could adjust the head angle more.

I currently have a 2002 Monster T on there with a 67 head angle, which handles great but not sure about the weight. In regards to the Boxxer Ride I read that the damping kinda sucked in that fork...thanks for the suggestion though.

    Thanks

...well that is just based on a review I read on NSMB I think one of the editors, and my buddy said it compared to the Monster the Monster had better damping. I guess its just preference at the end.

The cool thing about Motion Controlled Boxxers is you can absolutely tune them to your liking, of course if you don't mind playing with the shims in the compression damper and learning how the damper and its adjusters work. But don't worry, the fork's damping works fine even stock. If you can find one cheap, I would choose the 06 Ride. If you find out later that you want full 8" travel, all you need to do is buy a spring kit, new comp rod and you're done.

I had a Boxxer Team on my Huckster but now I have a Kowa and I am leaning more toward air springs. My Kowa has a coil in one side and an air spring in the other, tons of tunability and you don't have to take it apart to do it.

They're coming out with a 180mm single crown next spring.
