    Looks like it would infringe on the VPP patent (counter rotating upper link) if sold in the US.
    Keep the Country country.

    Agreed, I don't know how they'll get around the VPP patent issue.

    Don't think so as the rear triangle isn't solid but also has some sort of FSR pivot. Which is kind of odd cause in theory it don't need one, mayb they did this to avoid the VPP patent. I really like this design for some reason.

    That doesn't appear to be a pivot, just a bolted connection.

    Yes you're right, in order to be some sort of pivot the upper part of the triangle must be free from the lower connection on the main rocker, which it isn't.

    And yes this construction does produce lot's of flex. Just so you know.
