    2011 Morewood Izimu, w/video

    I made a video high-lighting features found on the newly redesigned 2011 Morewood Izimu. The frames are beautiful! The frame pictured is a medium and with axle, hanger, shock, seatclamp, it weighs 9.5 pounds!

    The new Izimus feature the new XPI pivot which allows for;
    Head angle adj 1/2 deg +/-
    Bottom bracket height adj of 7mm +/-
    Chainstay length adj of 6mm +/-

    Using a fork measurement of 565mm positions of the XPI pivot are;
    A- 65deg HA, long CS
    B- 64.5deg HA, longEST CS
    C-65deg HA, short CS
    D-65.5deg HA, shortEST CS

    Frames are pure work of art! Drooled over them recently in the shop while building up my Zama...

    We did have to take the tap to the BB shell on one side though...BB wouldn't go in otherwise...factory prepped or not... ;-)

    Oh and have ordered XPI upgrade as well...pretty excited over that.

    Hey Iceman, do you know if that XPI upgrade would work on a Shova LT? Would love to get my hands on one of those if it fits my bike.

    I don't know for a fact, but I don't believe it will work, don't think the size of the pivot system is the same. One of the Morewood reps on here would know for sure...

    Unfortunatley, no, it will not work. The XPI pivot will ONLY work in the Izimu and Zama frames.
