What tires are you running on your Mission?

Iím looking to upgrade swap out the WTB Vigilantes (w/ tubes) that came with my Mission 1 and go tubeless.

Right now Iím thinking Maxxis DHF 2.5 WT (front) and Maxxis DHR 2.4 WT (rear). My only concern is that the 28 mm rims that came on my bike might be a little narrow for the WT tires...

What tires are all of you running on your Missions?

I recently swapped out my vigilantes a few weeks ago. I contacted Diamondback to see how wide I could go and they said 2.4 is the widest so I don't think the WTs will fit, but I didn't inquire about it. As for tires I have the Minion DHF and aggressor in the rear. Bike seems to grip better in the corners at speed and seem much more stable at speed than the vigilantes.

Thanks for the reply. I think 2.4Ē is the maximum that an fit in the rear, but my Fox 34 fork should have plenty of room for a 2.5.

Are you sure what you have isnít 2.3Ē? As far as I know the DHF tire only comes in 2.3 and 2.5, while the DHR is available in a 2.4.

I'm running a DHF 2.5 WT on the front, its great. The plan is to go DHR 2.4 WT on the rear also soon.

Yeah I went with 2.3 front and rear. And also your right, 2.5 in front and 2.4 in rear for max.

Thanks for the replies. Getting a dropper post next (probably Brand X, not feeling wealthy...), then swapping tires.
