I used to ride a small Response and mission. Should i get a Release 4c in Small or can I slide with a Medium. I'm 5'4 btw

Small 100%. I am 5'9" and have a medium, my wife is 5'4" and has a small. I can ride the small no problem and it is nowhere near too small for her.
