Which Overdrive should I get?

Im going to ASSuME that the one with the SRAM components, Disc brakes and the fork with the MLO (Manual Lock Out?) is the better deal. Mostly gonna be on paved bike trail for fitness with the occasional light off-road.

I personally went with the Overdrive because it has disk brakes. Although I'm only a trail rider it does the purpose.
My question is that my model has a glossy black finish with what looks to be matte "Diamondback" frame logos. Can those be removed?
