    new bikes in!

    new bikes in and set up. 2012 Recoil Comp and 2012 Lux Sport. Can't wait to come home from this deployment and start riding!

    thanks! i am super excited. You know i noticed something though. The rear shock on the picture from DB website is facing the other direction in which the way the LBS set it up for me. like the fat end was towards the rear and the skinny end toward the front but its reversed here. Does this make a difference? Just curious? thanks guys

    As long as its not coming in contact with anything during compression it really shouldn't make a difference.

    ditto I would run it the way it is. It looks better and you can reach the knobs better too.

    Agreed on the shock orientation. Nice rides! What's wrong with the Lux? (red number tags were repair tags when I was working at Dick's )

    oh nothing was wrong, we bought them off online, then brought them to an LBS to assemble and tune up, so thats how they marked it. yeah i am excited to get out and ride, honestly though i will be getting an AM bike, most likely a mission, so i can do the type of riding i want to do, but this is good for us to ride together little trails and around the nieghborhood!
