    My Mission One 27.5

Just got this 2 days ago via a pro deal. Love it so far was a bit worried about the chain stay length being so long. But I have no issues getting the front end up and it feels nimble in turns. Very comfortable position in the cockpit too.

I am dieing to take it on some rocky trails but it has been pouring rain the last two days.

I wasn't nuts about the color of the One with the pictures I saw on the net and the pictures I sent don't do it justice. Its more of a black pearl color then a blue.

They are Kenda Nevegal with the sticky compound. When I had them in the house and rolling on the hard floor you could actually here it sticking to the ground.

Finally got it out on the trail today. It climbs pretty damn well and is really grippy on the turns. Got a little bit of air today but have to get a little more comfortable with everything. It really rips on the downhill sections can't even feel the bumps.

Do you mind weighing it? I was guessing it would be low 30s

Ill break out the scale tomorrow. My cannondale trail 6 hard tail weighs about 32-33 pounds and this bike is equal or less than what lifting that bike feels like.

Came out to about 31 pounds if I put it on the scale vertically.

Which Fox fork comes with Your Mission 1.0. Is it the Fox 34 160mm? I've seen conflicting specs online. Thought you could clarify it for me. Thanks.

Hey guys I'm in the same boat. My Mision 1.0 won't be here til Thursday, but I REALLY wondering what fork it comes with. According to Fox's website, the Fox Float 32 is only available in 100, 120 and 140mm for the 27.5 wheel. I hope it arrives with the 34 with 160mm... Anybody out there have one yet that can confirm?

    Thanks,
    Sean

It comes with a 2014 fox float 32, with 150mm of travel.

Mine just came in and has a fox32 w/ 150mm.

The bike is a downhill machine! Heavy though. Mine weighs in at about 32 LBS.

Be interesting to get a nice set of tubeless wheels and see how much weight you drop. Those AM280 wheels are pretty hefty.

Woooohoooo mine came in today. First full susp bike. I'm coming off a 2001 Schwinn Homegrown.... Wow is all I can say. I can't wait to get this thing on the trail...Think I lost around 3 lbs after I removed the 12 reflectors, lol!

Can the two of you who received your new missions answer a question for me?

Where the internal cable routing for the shifter enters through the frame on the left, do you have a rubber grommet type thing that the cable housing slides into that is attached to the frame? Mine does not but I noticed as the cable housing exits the bottom of the frame there is in fact one of these rubber grommets that the cable housing slides through.

I don't know if there isn't supposed to be one at the top or they forgot to put it on when packaging my bike.

    Any help will be appreciated.

I just looked and mine is the same as yours. I have the plastic grommet on the bottom, but not on the top. Guess it's normal?

Yea must be, not a big deal. Also did you get a little envelope labeled parts with yours? I got one but it was empty not sure what was supposed to be in there haha.

Yeah I did and it was empty too. I did have a spare derailleur hangar ziptied to the rear of the bike though. That was the only extra parts I had.
