Doing a 90 mile bike ride on my response

It is a dirt packed, gravel, fireroad surface. What is the best tire for this? Anyone ever use the kenda small block eight? Any other "quick tires?"

My stock tires are 2.15 i think, what is the thinnest tire I can put on the rim? I have a 2007 response. I have done the ride many times, just want something to roll faster.

Also do response comps have schraider valves or presta? What kind of rims do the comps or sports have and are they junk? Looking to disc conversion.

    Thank you.
I like to ride my bike.

Really? I've never liked a Bontrager tire well enough to ride it twice. Mountain or road. I like Ritchey Speedmax for that type riding.
