Don't have that bike but I can see that it's a shimano 9-speed right now. From what I've gathered online a shimano 11 speed cassette will directly fit onto that freehub.

    so you'll need:
    shimano 11 speed rear shifter
    shimano 11 speed rear derailleur
    shimano 11 speed cassette
    11 speed chain

    -shimano cassette tool
    -chain tool
    -allen keys for removing/installing parts
-cable + housing cutter could help, but you may be able to get away using the old housing
    -cable endcap crimper

(I say Shimano, but that is to distinguish it from the standards that SRAM uses, there could be aftermarket shifters/cassettes/derailleurs that are compatible with shimano 11 speed (i.e. box components)

Up front you've already got a narrow-wide single ring setup so really this conversion is pretty simple.

You'll probably want to look at the shimano m-6000 or m-7000 (slx) series for parts. In my experience Chain reaction cycles has had good prices on components.

Thank you so much for this information. I will pass it on to him.
